This is supposed to be a provocative song.. the song is essentially listing the Telugu alphabet and tries to name places that start with each alphabet, almost. And its on a train - so the implication is that the dancer is going to all these places..
A - Amalapuram
AA - Aahaapuram
E - Icchapuram
EE - EEla kotti laagutaaru Andhra Janam ( Andhra people would whistle loudly).
U - Ungapuram
UU - UUge janam (jamming people)
etc..

Then there is the provocative part...Palakollu cherinappude pilladu.. paita jaarudu ekkuvaaye ro (As I reached Palakollu, my dress began to slip off more often.. )

There are some places being used as reference to the dancer's anatomy in the song. something .. Rajamundry raajukundi ro ( my Rajamundry is on fire Lol)

Stating the obvious - the guy in the black dress is pissing off the heroine sitting in the train by dancing with the street dancer. Hope that gets your imagination going..

There are several more levels of sensual references in the song, though it is apparently about a dancing girl on a train. This could easily be a very vulgar song, but it has been made subtle and almost erotic.

I think the lyricist late Dr.Veturi Sundara Ramamurthy has done an awesome job... Hats off sir!
