not to disgrace the singer but she did not get the essence of song... the
original dard is totally missing.Originaal pukar is missing. In fact the
male singer does fit in a little better.

Thanks for viewing this one on my channel.I do not think she has killed the
song.She normally sings for Lataji and Ashaji but sometimes she has to sing
in different voices as there can not be as many singers in a live show.She
likes Shamshadji and Surayaji's songs and sings for her pleasure and tries
to be as close as possible.One should laud her attempt rather than
criticizing.Thanks for rating her as an excellent singer.Like Anand has
sung in Surendra's voice but sings only Kishoreda's songs!

gayi from Rustom ye sohrab, u will surely will find Lataji's voice there,
Prior to that lataji was following retro type of singing. Any song, sung as
it is is not a copy of d voice, if it is reproduced of such greats, imagine
how great such singers should b.

You are most welcome, Vibhavari does sing those singers too if needed and I
too agree that they were great singers but at the same time you can not
forget Lata specially till sixties she was excellent and has given us some
mind blowing melodies to cherish. Amirbai and Rajkumari had a typical
voices quite difficult to imitate and there are very few takers for that.
Yes Surendra and Noorjahan have excelled in this one.Pleased that you liked
Vibhavri's Indian culture in which she strongly believes.

I am elated to have your opinion that Vibhavari is glorious in our Indian
wears and culture and she too believes in them. This is the reason she did
not go to Bombay knowing how the industry is! I am more pleased because she
is my daughter and I did not tell you as I wanted your frank opinion!! Your
blessings are appreciated a lot. Yes Anand is a talented singer and sings
Kishoreda but occasionally sings some other singers too. Hes is lean yes,
but very energetic too.

How much involvement one can have with this singing? I was thinking Anand
is doing wrong by shaking his head & Vibhavari is right in not shaking her
head but after sometime I found I am also shaking my head. Anand is great &
so is Vibhavari & I don't see faked Hindi songs. U could have avoided old
clips & audience exposure as the song is of very short duration.

Well you are right about movements of hands as when they are engrossed in
singing some of them are very impulsive and they feel comfortable. You can
see they do it naturally. About clippings they are just shown for reviving

Reviving the song? It has already survived & has been revived. I was
talking of head movements, now u have complicated by adding hand movements
& they r in plenty. To me they feel natural. That is why I hate Hindi
films. I can't say comfortable because comfortable seems to be
uncomfortable, they r real. GREAT NATURAL & REAL SINGING !!!

Sir, Very nice presentation by Anand and Vibhavari. Noor Jahan is my
favourite singer. When she visited India after 35 years, she sang this
melody on stage. I have seen her video hundreds of times. Here Vibhavari
