Comments on song "Ab Kaha Jaye Hum, Ye Bata Aye Zameen"
ursaheli on August 29, 2008 Shammi Kapoor's association with Shankar Jaikishan began unspectacularly
with Ujala (1959). Shammi's newfound flamboyance as a successful star
matched Jaikishan's, and this explained their instant rapport and enduring
association, their first two popular songs, 'Jhoomta mausam mast mahina...'
(Manna Dey and LataJi) and 'Ab kahaan jaye Hum' Manna Dey stands out
because of his deep voice. Very nice song Suhanee, thanks for the wonderful
upload:)
kessaven on November 14, 2008 so true this song who can you trust these days
tomandjerry2007 on August 11, 2009 So true and so true to life.
Thanks4upload.
tubepipevision on September 03, 2010 I saw this song on video for the first time. I heard this song many times
but only saw today how Actor Asrani looked in 1958. This song was the first
appearance of him on screen. He can be seen among the praying boys, front
row, 2nd from center (appearing at 0.55-1.10, then 2 times more). I recall
this information from a radio program which he presented long back on
Vividh Bharti, around the time when his movie "Chala Murai Hero Ban ne" was
released.

sing!
Subhash Kothari on February 01, 2012 Very nice, heart touching and memorable song penned by Hasratji. The
wordings are beautiful. First I was thinking that it was written by
Shailendraji as usual. Manna Deyji also has given heart in singing this
song so as SJ's Music.

mastkalandr on June 25, 2012 Thanks for sharing n feedback..
Kapil Kumar on January 10, 2013 Well..thanks to share your precious.knowledge..but actually the
fact is this... immortal song is pend by two legendary lyric writers
...Mr.Shailendra and Hasarat...sahab..:)
MyKaempfer on January 11, 2013 But in the original gramophone record (which is my only source of
knowledge, as I have the entire Hindi films collection from 1940-1990), the
name of Shaillendra ji is written. In this film, Hasrat ji wrote the songs
"Tera jalwa jisne dekha", "O mora naadan balma" and "Jhoomta mausam mast
mahina". They never wrote any song "together"; they used to distribute the
songs among themselves.

Milind Phanse on January 21, 2013 @Kaushik Maitra : You're right. Shailendra wrote this song, not Hasrat
Jaipuri. I've read this in a biography of Shailendra too.
rumahale on February 20, 2013 I too saw that it was written by Shailendra.
amlashailendra on April 09, 2013 mastkalandr ji it would be nice if you could correct the credits to read
lyrics by Shailendra. Thanks for your understanding.
NIKHIL Iyer on April 09, 2013 MR Kumar Uday ji, this song has been written by Shailendra and not Hasrat,
as mentioned by you.. I would request you to please change the credits
asap.It is misleading. Please change it.. Regards, Nikhil E Iyer...
