My absolute fave among all the songs I've written till dt. ABSENCE (tum
nahi ho) - lyrics by: Protiqe Mojoomdar Tum nahi aaj, phir yeh shaam Aayi
hai kyun? Phir hai yeh raat, tumhari raat, Tum nahi ho. Galiyon ke ghere
mein hain andhere, Kis mod sapne bhool aayi hain tumhari nazrein, Tum

This was written for Karsh at the Midival Punditz studio in Hauz Khas,
Delhi, in late 2010 for Karsh's multi-faceted album CINEMA which released
in the US in 2011, and launched in India 2012 (available only online in
India). My first meeting with Karsh, and a lasting impression left on each
other - reflected in this song, I guess. As usual, Papon rocks!
