21 ppl dont know what life is.
cdutta22 on January 19, 2011
@TaniyaManiya: i think they don't know what music is :-)
vijaydcruz on January 30, 2011
@leteveryoneknow The tune of Jim Reeves is totally different from Ajeeb Dastan. The only similarity it the 6/8 rhythm. A sentence of music will always remain a multiple of 8 bars. So it is no way a copy of Jim Reeves at least.
lafdu1 on February 02, 2011
@manimajra1 -you may be right but please dont use insulting language
leteveryoneknow on February 03, 2011
@vijaydcruz Not totally different. Not identical but similar. If you would
listen carefully you would realize it is certainly inspired from Jim
Reeves.

meena kumari was my dad's favourite. when i was younger and he thought i was looking good, he would tell me 'you look like meena kumari'. i look at the stereotype plastic heroines of today, and i realize he was actually paying me a compliment.
bharatcit on February 09, 2011
ok Meenakumari was good. but so are the heroines of today. Each generation
has its definitions of what good looks are, and I'm sure todays generation
has a similar comment to pass on old heroines - some stereotype

@Nusrat5791 Nadira yehudi thi , ya parsi?
vijaydcruz on March 13, 2011
@leteveryoneknow Kindly explain the similarities with technical details to me. The similarities in rhythmic pattern, melodic pattern or harmonic progressions.
Nusrat5791 on March 13, 2011
@shanu7uday nadira was jewish, and the interesting bit is that she had
family in the united states who were in the hollywood film industry.
indeed, post her film career, nadira moved to the states to be with her
jewish family. another great indian jewish actor was the much loved, david
abraham, who moved to israel in his later years.
