i swear god all of you are dumbo's.Shootout at Wadala is set in 80s, and
the song's choreography, costumes and sound are inspired from that era. It
is an ode to the dance and disco classics from the 70s and the 80s. and you
guys are like yuck! because you got used modern songs.plus,2013 is the
100th year of hindi cinema, so films like this and himmatwala and zanjeer
are bieng made to pay tribute to hindi cinema.i hope i explained

There are songs from the 80's that have way better costumes, stage design,
choreography etc.Its not that we are use to the modern songs, in fact I'm
not a big fan of the really modernized songs, But I do know a good Item
song when I see it. The song is catchy, I like it. But the cinematography
isn't all that great. Priyanka is good looking, no doubt, but she's dull
now. There's nothing impressive about her anymore.

I, for one, disagree! Initially, I also didn't find find it too appealing,
but the song grows on you..listen to it a couple of times. What's so bad
about the costume and stage design? As someone else said, it is set in the
80's! And she looks amazing! As for the lyrics, at least it's not vulgar
like previous item songs (Chickni Chameli, Fevicol Se, etc.) At least this
one doesn't objectify women...
