In the old movies it was common for the hero or someone else to sing a song while driving a bullock cart or horse carriage like in this movie. By the way tune of this song is very close to the song "gaaye ja geet milan ke tu apni lagan ke..." from film Mela.

Yes, It is Mukesh singing and being the tongawala in the movie Aah. Mukesh
