AR Rahman does not even come close to RD Burman, and Himesh Rashamia is a joke! Kishore Kumar is the greatest singer born in India, I would say the world! Kishore Kumar was GOD!

AR Rahman is good, but his music is too westernized, it does not have the beauty of RD Burman. For example, this song is almost divine. I consider Kishore Kumar to be the greatest singer the world has ever produced, and RD Burman is simply amazing. There is no comparison. Love you KishoreDa! You will always be my inspiration!

No Sir. I am a Punjabi, not a Bengali. But I think Bengalis have some special capabilities. KK was a divine singer. I love him beyond anything else. I lived in New Orleans for 5 years. Borbourn Street is gross. Nice city, too humid. No drinking is not important or necessary. But I do want to drink when I listen to this song. This is the greatest song ever.

Panchamda, Kishore Kumar and Rajesh Khanna deserved National Award for this film. Unfortunately the best actor was given to M G Ramachandran for the film Richshawkaran, best Music Director to Jaidev for Reshma aur Shera and best play back singer to Hemanto da for Sinha Prishhthe Bhar Koriye.

Disgraceful beyond anyone's imagination.
