This movie was much ahead of its time with very attractive story line. Dev Suchitra sen pair was fantastic. I alway watch this lovely song. The pair should have come togather more often.

@kansrao if u say S.D. Burman stole it from telugu movie than i say that
telugu movie stole it from punjabi movie "Do Lacchhian". the son i
mentioned is from that movie and u can heard same tune in the punjabi movie
"Yamla Jatt". it was first movie of Pran in 1948 and the other punjabi
movie was in 1951

Few years back I read somewhere that Suchitra Sen is one of the most
beautiful actress of Indian cinema. Because of my limited film knowledge, I
didn't agree with the statement and didn't take it seriously as hadn't
heard much about her. After watching her in Bambai ka Babu, the realization

picturized on Waheeda Rehman.This is very nice song but who would have
thoght S.D Burman plagiarized the tune 'Eruvaka sagaro ranna
