I just heard it (being recorded broadcast dt. 24.7.2012) on Radio Ceylon.
She (Jyoti Parmar - leading announcer) mentioned the name of the lyricist
as Shailendra. Unique song and beautiful one. Regards.

solo and other Duet LAta nad Hemat Kumar - A A Neel Gagan se..., are much

This song was written by Shailendra and of course music scored by Shanker
