Dear friend, As a young boy in Tamil Nadu, not understanding Urdu or Hindi,
one day I heard this song which came floating on the air, possibly from a
neighbour's radio set. The voice and the tune immediately captivated
me.From that day this has remained one of my all-time favourites. Many

rafi saab has more masterpieces than almost any other singer. he instills
not only life, but also the soul in whatever he sings. i wish we could have
made a deal with the almighty to let us each give him one even one month
from our lives... this way he would be around forever as he must be ahving
at least a billion fans. of course, his music is eternal. what a gift for
us all, i thank the lord!

is rafi's fan is my friend... Rafi was such a person who came in this world
in form of ALLAH... he is no more with us now... but death is natural to
come one day. i pray to god whenever i would take my last breath in this
world,,, there should be Rafi's voice around me.
