from 0:10 to 0:18 it is somebody else's hands playing the sitar and not meena kumari's hands as her left hand little finger was mutilated and was never shown on screen after her car accident in 1952

I have always adored this beautiful song by Lata Mangeshkar on Meena Kumari ever since I saw the movie in the year 1966. Hindi version was made from the successful Tamil movie Nenjil Oru Aalayam (means Dil Ek Mandir); full credit to Director Sridhar who figured in both versions.
