composed by Madan Mohan. It was just one of those gossip stories. Here
Ketan Anand, Chetan Anand's son clarifies that this was indeed RD's work
and was given due credit for that. MM is very different.Watch v=eEsCsmLteeI
Sorry, but MM never created anything of this class. Only RD can make this.

Just wanted to point out here that there is some wrong information in this
song's description- Kudrat itself was inspired by Madhumati (1958) & other
films, while the Malayalam film you are referring to is Manichitrathazhu
from 1993 (later remade as Chandramukhi and Bhool Bhulaiyya in other
languages), which is a psychological thriller in no way related to Kudrat.
This movie remains the biggest hit of all time in Malayalam.
