Very nice duet see the location and with simple musical instruments Naushad
has the talent to take the song peak and those days songs are based on the
story and the location all the songs or based on basic ragas now a days no
body cares for the ragas and rythem in indian classical music we have much

Here is a lovely song from “Baabul” (1950). It is sung by Shamshad Begum
and Lata. The song was written by Shakeel Badayuni and Naushad was the
music director.
The song is picturised on a pretty Munnawwar Sultana and a very young
looking Nargis. It is a good song for nostalgia buffs.
