Comments on song "Jhonka Hava Ka Aaj Bhi Zulfein Udaata Hoga Na"
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
Do u think indian men with their fragile ego who consider wives as their
assets would have ever even thought of doing it 12 years back when d movie
was released[1997]? Devgan's role was far ahead of time then.D so called
new age feminism has gained vigor in india since past 5-6 years if u go
deep where women r doing whatever they want n evn going to d extent of
divorcing husbands who seem to be stone path forgetting dat marriage is al
abt luv n understanding to spend life n not material aspects.
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
They want it all. They want career too n at the same time want to be settled
before their bilogical clocks tick out, with very few exceptional cases. They
want an understanding supportive husband. At the same time someone who can
provide everything even when they are earning like lakhs.I dont believe
revolutionised thinking which is mostly restricted in career, earning areas
is true form of liberation. Its only to an extent..Male ego,is it ever going
to change anywhere in the world? No right?
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
Men are same in all parts of d world.Indian men have always been made d
villians because they had been conditioned n brought up that way in d
indian society. There have been supporting indian husbands who helped their
wives get ahead in terms of career etc in life in d past too.Now coz of
education awareness, the materialistic world n commonsense there r more in
number.I dont think just coz of a women wanting to breakthrough everything
has changed. Its combination of progressive thinking of both
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
Its coz husbands r allowing, many women r getting the tast of liberation.I
see a great deal of understanding from men in this and lot of ego
compromises because many women are in high positions than husbands
today. Those husbands who dont understand the practicality are divorced and
left as women have that courage today to take like in their hands because
of the education and freedom before marriage.Men know that too and hence
are becoming more supportive.Look around you will notice
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
Also, see how the role of father has changed in india.Earlier they were not
all supportive in all areas. But today they are supportive of their
daughters even in d choice of husbands. So its not only about women wanting
to change.Men,in d role of father/husband/boyfriend have equally
participated in d change.Any ego issues mentioned is actually a by product
of lack of awareness of situations on both part of men and women. They
forget to observe objectively d consequences n complications of feminism
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
Earlier women were at home, families were taken care of.Now families are
falling apart bcoz they are out as wel.Men forget that they need to be a
helping hand as wel.Women unable to cope with pressures from in as well out
want to lessen it.When they get to choose, obviously a human being chooses
his freedom. So u c most women stepping out of years of married life for
careers etc.Its simple commonsense. As by product of it,we c finding new
partners wanting to secure old age, children in doldrums state
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
Men n women are both contributing to the present day marital issues
especially in terms of career. It d lack of objectivity, communication and
patience.Thats all.A marriage is a marriage,in any part of the world.Two
people putting efforts to spend the rest of life together with love n
understanding. It is always difficult. As far as i observed,as we age and
reach twilight of life nothing matters. All we need is love and someone to
be there for us duting our last times
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
My comment was abt how any woman would want Devgan's role husband as he is
perfect man according to my opinion in d story. It was a generic comment
"But i guess of all dwomen in the world,Indian women once married have
given everything n consider their husbands everything till the end of thier
life".I still believe dat a woman marries wanting to be with d same man
forever as husband.Divorce is not preplanned saying am gonna leave this man
if he acts so n so when it comes to my career n all
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
Its a big step for a woman as well. Its difficult to start everything from a
scratch in terms of life especially when u r aging.Divorces happen in
extreme incompatible scenarios.I agree with u that present day women are
less sacrificing kind with a sole excuse saying we have sacrificed enough
all these years blah blah.I dont think marriages work with that thinking
and thats y we are seeing high divorce rates.Men are equally contributing
to worsen the situations. It always takes two to tango.
Komal Bhandary on November 18, 2012
He didnt know she was in love with someone when he falls in love at a
function n asks to marry. She enters marital bond with him.Whatever maybe
the scenario,it was her lack of esteem. She denies him his rights as
husband. When he comes to know that his wife wasnt willing to give
everything into the marriage,it seemd perfect solution for him to leave her
to her lover. He had the guts to sacrifice his love for her happiness.I see
no reason why any woman wouldnt wanna get back to that kind of husband
Komal Bhandary on November 19, 2012
Which today's girl u r referring to?Dont money n good looking rich man have
always been women's priority,in any part of the world?Juz the way a
beautiful woman physically has always been priority for men,in any part of
the world. In what sense r u referring to Ajay as mediocre.Him literally or
his role in the movie. For 1 woman, rich not goodlooking man may b 'hot',for
another a physically attractive poor one may b,for another a man of
character if not rich.depends on sensibilities coz al r unique

EXCELLENT SONG
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
yes, you can say that but that is what we are learning from west... i would
suggest you to come india for some time and see what komal is trying to
tell..
elena elly on February 28, 2013
yes bikash i went to your country and saw how education is not free, women
are being killed for dowry still in the 21st century, how cast system is
still used today secretly despite being illegal, i have also seen forced
marriages, married women crying in silence to protect their family honor
for not being able to divorce so please slowly with this patriotism ! Have
a nice day !
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
I agree with you on many things but still education is free. just for
example I am a student of civil engg. and its free here in a government
university. but some one who did not qualify for the entrance exam had to
pay for the same course. so its basically free for those who deserve it.
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
Dowry is a evil practice i agree. it was too frequent in india but in 1961,
a law was passed. only due to that today when a groom family demands for
dowry they had to think twice. today country is much aware with the fact.
those who murdered brides are not roaming freely. police and society has
made their lives worse.
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
Cast system is not good but if you know indian history then you would come
to know that lower class family were treated badly so they need an
advantage so that they can make their ways equivalent to others. forced
marriage is not good, i also criticize it. after all it was good to hear
from you. at least some one is looking for our country. have a nice day.
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
more over that i would like to know which country do you belong to...??
elena elly on February 28, 2013
i was talking about those poor families who have children age 5-10 and
cannot afford to send them to school and i really do believe they deserve
the chance for the education so you are not right is not free for ''all
those who deserve it''...
elena elly on February 28, 2013
you know and everyone knows is still practiced secretly in the small cities
but is still there present
elena elly on February 28, 2013
Romanian ..why? now you want talk bad about my country?lol .I never said my
country is better the only reason why i argued was because u talked like
you guys are superior and the best people in the world , so moral and so
correct when actually we are all equals , we are all human beings and we
share same emotions , same feelings , that's all
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
it is . there are so many government schools those are free.and even they
provide after noon meal so that children from poor family can go to school.
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
you can know more about it . just google sarv shiksha abhiyan in india
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
i never said i want to talk about your country.did i?? but still you told
so much. it clearly shows how you define yourself. i asked just to know
more about you.
elena elly on February 28, 2013
you asked like where i m from would define me and it wasn't just like that
because u asked 2 times , u insisted in knowing it anyway i m sick of
arguing with u , no matter what ,you will think that u indians are morally
and spiritually superior to us (look at your first comment and whom u
defended ) ..Good luck in life !
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
more over that in your previous comment you had problem with indian wives
because they do divorce just like other wives. and in your last comment you
had problem with them because they dont take divorce and live crying in
silence... are you sure what are you talking about...
elena elly on February 28, 2013
if u read that comment i said that there are wifes who do divorce which is
truth but is also truth the majority suffer in silence despite the bad
treatment just to save the family honor ..i have many indian friends i know
many stories so dont try to act smart on this topic .Is funny u re-read my
comments but still u didn't get my idea that all human beings are equal !
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
i never said we are not. but your arrogance towards indians is not
acceptable.
elena elly on February 28, 2013
nor your arrogance towards western people and non-indians (see your first
comment ).
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
my comment came only after your comment.
elena elly on February 28, 2013
And i was never arrogant i even said we are all equals! what did it bother
u that i said the truth? that many kids cant get education because their
families are poor? that your country still have forced marriages like 5
centuries ago?
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
and yes, divorce is such a issue in which i can say indians are learning
from west. you can simply google and know about divorce rates in different
countries...
elena elly on February 28, 2013
yes in which i was saying indian wives are not better then non-indian wives
nd u indians stop thinking yourself the best people that's all ...i guess u
didnt agree with that. so who was the arrogant one?
elena elly on February 28, 2013
u replied to me when i said that indian wifes also cheat with : ''yes, you
can say that but that is what we are learning from west..'' oh really we
invented cheating and u poor innocent indians didnt know about it? funny
how u can be arrogant and offend non indians but when we do it is bad and
is ''not accepted'' u r the first who offended the non indians after me
saying we r all equals so get a life and stop this patriotism that seem
more of a rascism !I
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
i was talking about divorce which is a great invention by you people. you
are saying it continue that we are equal and i dis agreed. where did say
that i m superior than you. i am offended due to your arrogance towards
indians. and plz dont teach us what racism is. Every time an indian is
attacked in Australia why dont you teach them racism. have you ever heard
of a gang of people attacked an austrailian in india...??
elena elly on February 28, 2013
what does that have to do with your feeling of superiority towards us ? you
obviously didn't get a thing from all i said. You took one hour to reply
because u had to think a lot what to say to seem a hero with the australian
racism towards indians ... get a life pls nd dont reply to me anymore
unless u want fight with yourself .
elena elly on February 28, 2013
And yes what's going on in Australia is racism but is not my fault and i m
absolutely against it so dont bring it on me here trying to excuse yourself
nd make it seem like u weren't rascist when u were ..., bye
Bikash kumar Shaw on February 28, 2013
i took almost one hour to comment in mean time i had to complete my home
work. i can only talk when i get extra time from my work. after all i dont
have useless time. it did not prove any thing as you say. and one more
thing if you dont want to talk then simply dont reply. if you would say me
not to comment then i can not listen to you..
Brown Shugga on March 03, 2013
ehhh i didnt like salman's reaction to the spiled wine. I feel more gravity
in his emotions. he shouldve used stillness a bit
Sudha Katiyar on April 18, 2013
