@vitomannone1 in Hindi too it is nibhana and not nivana. And this has nothing to do with the language but how some linguistic groups "transliterate" in English and mispronounce English. For example, Bengali people pronounce "v" of English alphabet as "bh". They will read "volt" as "bholt". So when they have to transliterate in English (say) a name like "sourabh" they will use "sourav". When they read "sourav" they will mispronounce "v" and still get the pronunciation correct but others wouldn't.
