I've thought about this. Siddharth Malhotra, wasn't very matured as an
actor when he made Ek Villain. He was actually less than Varun. I think
Varun is in the top 5 best actors working in Bollywood today. He is
charismatic, charming, and can pull off an emotional performance (ending of
Humpty Sharma is a good example). Siddharth only had SOTY (which he was
passable in), and Hasse Toh Phasse (which I thought nothing worked in).
Varun can, and will pull off this role perfectly, and I am so excited for
this movie.

I am not a varun dhawan's fan and I almost puked while attempting to watch
student of the year and still till date cannot put myself up to watch
Humpty Sharma ki dulhaniya
But if this movie doesn't earn Varun Dhawan the esteem I believe he
deserves then I will solemnly believe that there is something critically
wrong with bollywood. I have been attracted so strongly to this movie even
before it's release and I don't think I am a thriller movie fan but Varun's
avatar has struck me so profoundly that I feel compelled to watch it or
else I will lose a solid opportunity to witness finery of Indian cinema.
Not all boys ride hot cars and carry hot babes in hands. They might carry a
hammer and drive an entire nation to madness. Btw I swooned over hid 40+
looks. He was like a daaaaiiiiim moment for me. Even made me forget my
flutters to sidarth malhotra. So, I say you go Varun
