Thank you, pal for uploading this gazal, I had been looking for it for a long time. However please allow me to correct your perception of the title - It is "kisi ko de ke dil koi nawa sanj e fugaan kyu ho"... rather than "... na samjhe". A quick Google search will confirm this for you.

Also, if you could find the complete, unbroken song that would be still more fabulous.

This era of Doordarshan has gone...log kahenge ki main nostalagia feel kar raha haoon..ek mamooli alfaaz mere jazbaaton ko bandh nahin sakta...is daur se aaj bhi hadh se jyada muhabbat hai...iski paakiyat aur khoobsoorti ki wazah se.
