I had seen this film in theatre in Mumbai long back.Though the film was
boring,not to the mark.However with music by Naushad all the songs were

Yes Mr Muthushiv, the dancer is Shyama indeed. Waheeda Rehman's father was
a District Magistrate and she is a trained classic dancer, belongs to
Hyderabad, was discovered by Guru Dutt, and she perhaps is the only actress
of yore who still maintains her gracious demeanour and is not
public-appearances shy, unlike many of her times.
