yeah shilpa is her sister, but still you have to somehow be able to keep
getting roles.thru connections or other ways... but even shilpa couldnt
get alot of good ones. its cuz theres just a few roles and few actors that
ppl wanna see and like a billion actors who wanna make it big.Theres a
few exceptions like aishwarya who went far just cuz of looks, and madhuri,
etc but those are rare, its difficult to maintain a niche in the the
industry.

yes ive watched mohabbatein and it was good, but since then she hasnt been
in anything..theres so many new girls now..its sad cuz its not even about
talent anymore, just who compromises themselves for directors, and other
stuff with n o talent (Katrina)

Madhuri woz not juz a good face she woz da best dance a powerful performer (anjaam,mrityudand,Pukar,Devdas)...n when it came to commercial cinema no one woz betta (dil,beta,raja,sajan,hum aapke hain koun,Khalnayak).MAdhuri woz unparallel...she woz nick named da female amitabh bachchan..Queen bee n da last empress...Madhuri woz called by Ashok kumar the most complete actress in 100 years..Dont compare her to ppl lyk Shamita Shetty..she cant act to save her lyf.

she released some films after Mohabattein. The one i watched after that one
is Bewafaa (05') and another one when she acted with Shilpa Shetty, can't
remember the name. True, there's allot of people out there with little
talent. I like Katrina because i find her elegent, but i think Deepika
can't act. The actresses from the 90's are the best- heaps of talent there
:) I miss watching Mamta, Sonali, Raveena, Kajol on screen

I am suddenly reminded of an event at my old high school years ago- when on
multicultural celebration day, a group performed to the song 'Sharara
sharara'. Some people from the audience were even trying to sing along with
the song, so it was sucessfull.

I read your discussion here and I believe LalithaSr is right, Katrina looks
great, but her acting is... well, not that good! But I think Deepika has
some real potential, just by watching OSO. I mean, as her first part, it
was really great! Anyways, I love this song and the actress was very good
in Mohabbatein, as I haven't seen this movie yet...
