An old fav that I am hearing after a long time. What energy and beauty in
the dance and in the duet ! And G.S. Kohli keeps rising in one's esteem,
too. Thanks, Ajay.

this is a fabulous dance sequence..but it seems that this film reel has
degraded a bit as
the colors seem off and it is not so clear overall. i hope they do
something to restore it in order to preserve these priceless dance
compositions of our old movies; they are never going to be done this
beautifully ever again. so sad...i could cry!

'Rhythm-king' G S Kohli's drummers are at their best as usual!
[But the subtitles have ruined the meaning, perhaps because of the breaking
of 'dhadak---na and bahak--- na, baras---na and chamak---na; chhalak---na',
etc., which convey the 'negative' meaning, exactly opposite of that
intended by the lyricist (Farooq Qaiser) for such style of the MUJARA-dance
and the context of the occasion!]
