think it was released in the 80's and may have had Bindiya. I think it was

directed by late shankar nag was the remake of kannada movie,"Minchina
Ota", based on a real life story. Bappi has always scored a sixer when he
has not pirated any song. eg: chalte chalte.., patta patta..., and this one
