Great Song. I saw this film when I was 8 (Around 1966-68) and have liked it ever since. On internet I had searched all over during the last 7-8 years and have found it now. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to another song of the same movie "Baharo thaam lo ab dil mera mehboob aaya hai" .

O.P.Nayyar did not take Latha to sing his songs, but his Asst. G.S.Kohli
gave us one of the most melodious songs sung by Latha. So, it was
O.P.Nayyar,s loss and not Latha,s.

O. P. Naiyar made a great mistake by not working with Lataji depriving us
of hundreds of melodious songs like this. G S Kohli has the same style of
composition. This song shows what Naiyar has lost due to his arrogant
attitude.
