Rini Chandra has sung it better than Asha Bhosale...Actually Asha and Lata
were two singers who demanded only Money and ruined the careeres of other
equally good singers like Suman Kalyanpur, Anuradha Paudwal etc...Why give
so much importance to Lata and Asha??Music unki Thekedaari nahi hai..There
are other good singers too..

and vaise bhi, no one tops asha bhosle and lata mangeshkar. not only were they good at singing, but their voices suited the heroines in those times. i cannot think of a single heroine who will look believable lip-syncing to rini chandra's voice.
