with or without makeup, manisha is definitely prettier. She's a natural beauty. Of course, now she's gotten old but still looks good. Kajol, omg have u seen her without makeup?? also check her out in the beginning of her career, she looks terrible. Manisha on the other hand is an angel.

definitely manisha was more heroin material than Kajol. Even next to
madhuri in Lajja she was looking more stunning. I cant beleive time passes
so quickly ,shes 38 now any way i think this movie was quite unique as all
of it's songs became super hit.

Could there possibly be a deeper meaning associated with how when Bobby sings with Manisha in this song, it is in a dessert and warm, and when he sings with Kajol, it is snowy and cold. Maybe the cold symbolizes Kajol's cold soul that she has in this movie (u know, how she is a murderer in the movie). I

I agree with you as far as Kajol needing to "sort her monobrow", however, i think the reason she leaves it like that is b/c she wants to keep a sense of her identity in herslf. In newer movies of her, though, she does have it cleared (Kabhi KushiKabi Gham). Her leaving her eyebrows not seperated is similar to an African American refusing to close the gap in his or her front teeth. They feel it somehow identifies them. Ex. an episode of America's next to model. also the famous artist Frida Khalo!
