Lo. ve this number. Was looking for it for a long time.
Aah! Lataji, duniya bhar ki duaein aap ko lage. Aap jiyein hazaaron saal ye dil se dua maangti hoon.
She has sung with such emotions, it pierces my heart. No extra murki, no variation, just plain simple notes.
and of course, full credit to LP. One of their early compositions.

It's very much true what has been commented earlier! When Lata sings as a mother -she becomes the mother of the whole world! Whenever I listen to such songs I feel my mother is talking to me (She parted for the heavenly abode in 2009) Normally, whatever Lata sings-touches the heart, but when she sings as a mother, then the falling tears tell us tht Lata touches that part of the heart which no other person has ever touched! Such is the greatness of this divine singer! God bless her forever!
