menonny on April 02, 2011 There's something to be said about this particular song in bhojpuri. Reminds me of a simple life in years gone by, when songs were rich with lyrics. Very refreshing indeed, even after several decades.
shama475 on April 13, 2011 mazedar hai ye geet toh .khoob nachwaya hai devdas ko ...kaun hiralal the ??
gul903 on May 09, 2011 No daubt, Muhammad Rafi is empror of singing and Great Dilip Kumar is empror of Acting. Both are "BE-TAAJ" badshah of singing and acting. Beautiful song, lyrics and choreography.
Gorpy's Vistas on May 26, 2011 @menonny I think this is Awadhi(from central UP) not Bhojpuri(eastern UP &
Bihar)...

Vikas Mishra on April 23, 2013 U r right in some sort but this language is spoken exactly only in
baduan/bareilly district of uttarpardesh, when u com to neighbouring
district then language is change . mostly song at that time are from Baduan
district Language due to Urdu poet, lyricist and songwriter-Shakeel
Badayuni.
Niraj Jha on April 27, 2013 Das kos mein badle paani, kos kos mein badle baani.. aisan tha desh
hamaar.. ab sau sau kos tak angreji hi angreji..
Vikas Mishra on May 01, 2013 I think u have to visit Up first , sharanpur + Meerut + Mujaffarnagar +
Ghaziabd here khadi boole is spoken that is much similar to haranvi ,
mathura totally brijbhasha + some part of agra ,aligarh ,bulandsahar ,
firozabad u found touch of brijbhasha in their language .When u come to
farukhabad u found awadhi , touch of kanpuriya ,etah and etawah ...
Vikas Mishra on May 01, 2013 I have much to told you but there is no similarity between meerut n
bareilly language I just like compare language polite language with a
starigh forward language , because there is differnce in saying "thare eet
mar dunga " and "Hum aapke eet mar denge ".
Vikas Mishra on May 03, 2013 dude itys nice ur frm bijnor(UP) may be u studied in bareilly still u need
more research know your UP more go to dataganj tehsil of badaun this song
is exactly from there ,and the language spoken between adjoing rampur -
moradabad its momdan touch kaa jaa rea hai,kya kha rea hai same in sambhal
and adjoining rampur -bareilly its quiet differ people says" kaa jaat ho
,kaa kha rae ho" and your biznor language is not same as bareilly their
rhythm is totally differ from bareilly .

perikaveera on August 04, 2014 Great song, great actor Dilip Kumar and the greatest singer ever Mohammad
Rafi. It's sung in Bhojpuri, though.
Jackson, Mississippi.
Miriam Verghese on October 09, 2014 dilip kmar is a very handsome and acting is original. the song madhuban me
radika nachre, looks as if dilip kumar is in a live concert. his
expressions on his face is very natural.
Vineet Ramananda on October 26, 2014 timeless melody
Sholay48 on November 08, 2014 This is Ganga, not Dilip Kumar or even Yusuf Khan. I completely agree with
the statement that no actor can be bigger than the character they are
playing. DK was so great that he would "file the bones of his feet down for
them to fit into the shoes of the character he would play". In this film,
he spent weeks with the people of that village to get the accent and
expression of the language right. In Daag, he did the same by spending
weeks observing the behaviour of drunken people. All because he respected
his audience and would give them the best. This is why he did not make too
many films per year unlike todays actors working on several films at a time
with the help of technology. He used to learn his scripts by heart,
rehearsed many many times before shooting. Great Actor.
Tashi chodon on January 11, 2015 I admire Dilip kumar as best actor and also human being
Raghuveer Pokalkar on May 25, 2015 I like this song
Srinivasan Channiga on May 30, 2015 This tune is already given by Sachin Dev Burman in Miya Bibi Razi (1960)
in the song 'Paani hota doob hi jaata' sung by Rafi & Geeta Dutt.
Abdul Rahim Hasan on June 28, 2015 In this deceptively-simple song, Rafi's voice cleverly cottons on to the
rustic UP dialect; and more importantly, communicates the sheer unfettered
robustness of a village lad's declaration of romance for his dhoban dream
girl.
Akshay Kumar on December 05, 2015
orientlover1 on December 06, 2015 Nowadays nobody likes being associated with dhobans, leave alone singing
love songs for them in public.
One of the best offered to us by Late Mohd Rafi, Late Shaqeel Badayuni, Late Naudhad & Dilipkumar.. A sheer pleasure.
