is there is politics when you listen to Suman kalyanpuri, Lata Ji or anyone
else. We love singers for their singing style. Not politics. Now a days,
when Latajee is not singing songs, how many singers sing like her.

Lataji is above all singers present and past no doubt about it or no body
questioned it. My point was Suman Kalyanpur ji equally talented but not
given any chance by Music Directors of that time. Can you deny it. Same was
the fate with Rafi Saheb,Music Director Shankar Jaykishan ji after they opt
for Sharada in Suraj .Bolywood Film industry is full of politics and it is
a age old history. Justice is ignored for many talent . But OP Nayer ji was
an exception

I fully agree with the views expressed by Tribhubanjit Mukherjee. Though No
doubt Lataji is above all singers but Suman Kalyanpuri, Mubarak Begum and
and a lot of other female singers could not get their share and show their
talent due to politics by Lataji.
