Comments on song "Pinjraa"
Pranay Sethi on August 18, 2012 These (Pinjra and Lagi Lagi) are wonderful inceptions with beautiful
lyrics. But you don't have to use the drums, electric guitar and synth in
every composition. Sometimes, they just kill the folk flavour. Exactly what
happened here (at least for me).
Pratik Choudhury on August 18, 2012 as a fan of such a fusion..liked it very much.
Aamir Bhagat on August 19, 2012 i want lyrics of this song! like this so admin can see

johnny suneeth on August 20, 2012 mesmerizing and enchanting work. dance in the mesmerizing lyrics and music!
Hasit Hemani on August 20, 2012 Great observation. You are right. Musical Instruments should not overshadow
the lyrics. But here Shantanu has taken care that when singers are singing
the sounds of instruments are kept at minimum.
Pranay Sethi on August 20, 2012 My problem is with the inclusion of that synth riff (which sounds very
uninspired) at 1:39 which is used throughout the song in interludes, and
the constant cymbals beat again used throughout the song. If you listen to
the song in the practice sessions it sounds so much better. I would have
loved a very simple vocals + indian percussions/flute/sarangi arrangement
roma suvarna on August 23, 2012 brilliant.really like it
Rahul Bose on August 23, 2012 wow.nicee

mdirtydogg on August 23, 2012 A much better effort than the previous couple of episodes and in the
present one.
Shirish Malhotra on August 24, 2012 the original arrangement of the interlude was earthier... with brass
sounding like a folk band. I preferred that myself, but it was changed on
the day for some reason...

Cheegum on February 20, 2013 And that is the whole point of Coke Studio, to break free from the shackles
of Bollywood. Even though i'm from across the border I so badly want to see
Coke Studio India succeed, so you can be true to your musical roots once
again.
