Comments on song "Raaton Ki Nind Chhin Li Aankhon Ke Intezaar Ne"
Harsha Kapileshwar on August 08, 2009 What a melodious song! Thanks for sharing.
rumahale on August 15, 2009 Welcome. Thanks for the interest shown.
V. Siddhartha on October 04, 2009 A truly beloved Suraiyya song. Glad to see it on your channel, Ajay.
Suraiyya was a good example for illustrating the point that elaborate voice
alankaars (adornments) are not always necessary to convey a song's
sweetness or deep feeling.
Ajay Yuvraj on October 04, 2009 thanks for all your input vipan ji.
Glow of Hope on January 14, 2010 I agree with your considered opinion on Suraiya singing. We badly missed
the video of this song on YT. The posting of audio is a great joy. Thanks
to ajayuv for posting.
VeeJay on September 06, 2010 Great song. Thank You, thank you Ajay.
nandu1f on July 01, 2011 Amazing. What a wonderful song of Suraiyya. I am only slowly finding out
she was such a skillful singer of rare quality of voice and great depth.
Akin to Geeta Dutt's. Many thanks for this rare find, Ramchandra ji.
rumahale on September 21, 2011 @nandu1f Thanks for the touching comments as always and interest evinced in
Suraiya songs. She is my favourite and I am trying to build up a Playlist
of her songs/videos.
Bajaury on October 22, 2011 @nandu1f There is no comparison between Surriaya anf Geet Dutt. Geeta was
good singer but she did not have that faminin touch in her voice like
Surriaya. Surriaya can only be compared with Surriaya only. She was in a
class of her own.
Arun Gupta on February 07, 2012 Delectable! One of Suraiya's best.
rumahale on February 08, 2012 @arunkunj Thanks for liking and excellent comments.
dilip kale on June 20, 2013 This sounds bit like Sajjad Hussain song.
rumahale on June 22, 2013 Interesting observation; but, the composition was by Jamal Sen. Thank you.
dilip kale on June 24, 2013 Haven’t yet heard Jamal Sen songs except Shokhiyan and Daaera. I find this
composition (including interludes) very much similar to Sajjad’s style.
Don’t know if these two great composers had worked together sometime. May
thanks for uploading this rare and sweet gem.
rumahale on July 08, 2013 Welcome. Thanks to you for critical assessment.
What a melodious song! Thanks for sharing.
