No foul language pls. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, Lata
probably does not even know how good she is. Why is it that if Noor jehan
is so good not a single song of her is popular in India from her post
partition songs???? If she is so good listners would have found her like
they found Nusrat, Mehdi Hasan and Ghulam Ali so there is no bias against
her for her having chosen the neighbouring country. Lata is revered by a
billion plus people who knows Noor Jehan.

well i rate lata and noor jehan at same height,although noor jehan had edge over lata,as she is class above whils singing GHAZALAS and PUNJABI songs,i never heard Lata singing such classic punjabi aur ghazals,no doubt both are classic and legends,no comarison
