Thanks for sharing my views. I an a great fan of Dev Anand. He was the most well dressed, stylish, good looking actor of his times and till date nobody can match his charisma.Though Dilip Kumar was considered a better actor but I find his acting par excellence in Funtoosh, Hum Dono, and Guide. Even Taxi Driver was so good

I totally agree. Even in Johny Mera Naam he looked so handsome. And the 50's and 60's were gold mines! Everything - his scarves, his puff hairstyle, and all the awesome costumes that he had were just so charming. I love his earlier films like Nau Do Gyarah, Munimji, Solva Saal and Kala Bazaar. The list just goes on. :)

And add to that S.D. Burman's immortal music and Rafi's stupdenous playback, what more could you ask for? :)

Though I like all his movies but the movie with which I first became his ardent fan is Tere Ghar Ke Saamne and it remains one of my all time favorite Romantic Hindi movie

I first saw Johny Mera Naam, then Guide and then Jewel Thief, but what won me over was his performance in Tere Ghar Ke Samne too. Him descending the stairs of the Qutub Minar. :)

The music of Tere Ghar Ke Saamne was awesome. Dev Anand, S D Burman, Rafi and the classic song picturisation by Vijay Anand . The result is magical. I like Tu Kahan very much Dev Anand looks sooooooo handsome. He should not have died All his fans miss him so much May his soul RIP

I agree. :( TGKS was the first movie where I fell for his good looks (He looks so handsome with that beret and coat! So debonair, great comic timing and soooo cute!). Goldie is a master at picturizing songs. When I watched Jewel Thief, his other name is Amar. And that means immortal. So before he died, I used to call him Amar (I did that when I sent him a tweet wishing him happy birthday). I always thought he'd be Amar. Oh, memories. :(
