Yes... good expenditure of money does bolster the economy... you can spend just as much money, if not more, with classy, light, breezy sophistication... this is a prime example of someone who has a lot of money but has extremely poor taste.

conditioning. I remember years ago, a Mary Kay lady insulted my bright
dusky orange blouse. To her, subdued colors were the color of choice, and
indicative of class status. A few years later, I noticed bright sunflower
colors were high fashion in Paris, UK and USA, especially orangish colors.
Thoreau wrote that one monkey puts on a hat in Paris, and all the monkeys,
in America, do the same. "Taste" is social programming!

am in my living room, and I am going quietly through the rest of the house.
The bathroom and jacuzzi look so relaxing, so I have a nice bath, then lay
myself on the luxurious, rich, royal velvetty bed, with, silk satin light
pink sheets underneath. Our minds think its really happening, so we can get
all the benefit from it

@Shilpusuresh I am not particularly religious I just have taste and this
house clearly has non thus it would repulse me to live there and as this
demonstrates taste and riches are rare bedfellows

went hog wild." But I couldn't disagree more, because taste is a matter of

that know the Bible know that God says, "I desire ABOVE ALL THINGS, that
you may PROSPER and be in health, even as your soul prospers." It's our
divine birthright to prosper but not to make it our God.

This reminds me of a video I recently saw of the Pres of Zimbabwe's home. I
wonder if it is. To live that way in a country where people are starving to
death is very sinful in my thinking. If I were a multimillionaire, there is
no way I'd invest so much on a home. I'd help the poor. I know that money
would not change me because as I've gained more, I still help the poor. I
heard Oprah say that money doesn't change you but enhances who you are. She
is fabulously wealthy and still very generous.
