Great combination of Poet Bharat Vyas and Chittalkar. Shantaram's this
movie Navarang was his imaginations during his eye surgery period in US [or
UK?]. He put his imaginations to celluloid in Navarang. Mahipal was an
ordinary actor and Shantaram made him great. Still, the songs of this movie
will remain green for years to come. Thank you Mastkalandr ji.

One of the best renditions of Manna Dey and Ashaji. Normally Shantaramji
uses Mahendra Kapoor in his movies, but for this particular song he used
Manna Da, and became memorable master piece. C Ramchandraji had really
extracted the real talent of Ashaji in this movie and all songs, which are
beautiful and memorable one. I like all these songs including Holi one and
Ashaji's solo.
