This Homi Wadia's film came in 1949 with Suraiya and Wasti in the lead role. Husnalal Bhagatram is the first composer pair. They are responsible for popularizing Matka Thheka in Films. They gave beautiful songs of Rafi almost all sad songs. They are the first to bring out the "Dard" from Rafi's voice. There is a Lata- Suraiya duet also in this film ..Ooo Pardesi... can you load it ?

Pyar Ki jeet, Meena Bazar, Bansuriya-Teri yaad sataye ghadi ghadi, Hamari Manzil- Kaante Banegi Kaliyan, Sanam,Jaitarang, Aansoo the Best- Suno mere sajana.
