"are". As for the civilisation facts, I'm sorry if that's not right. We're
working to resolve our internal problems. Even US didn't become what it was
in a day. They became independent in 1776 while India achieved it in 1947.
Do the math and look at the INDIAN progress. I am quoting a Chinese analyst
blog - "We're not stunned by INDIAN progress but by the fact that they grow

home sometime. Just so that you know - I've a lot of senior colleagues who
are well settled here in US and who have US citizenship; but are planning
to go back to INDIA just because it has better prospects (REVERSE BRAIN
DRAIN). A business man's heaven are CHINA and INDIA (in that order) who
have an unprecedented market compared to US's saturated market. EU's days
are over, they've contracting economies anyway. :)
