It's Dil Chahta Hai(DCH) (eng trans: My heart dreams/wants it). It is a cult movie and came in 2001-2002 and wasfirst one of its kind for age grp 18-25. I love it. Btw this song shows lead actors in different costumes and acting styles which were common in bollywood in 1960's and 1970's!
