Those were the golden years of the O P Nayyar~ Asha Bhosale magic when
every song was so memorable! Alas! It was a sad day for Hindi movie song
lovers when they decided to part for good. 'Mitti me Sona' starred Mala
Sinha and Pradeep Kumar. I'm not too sure but I think Jabeen Jalil too had
a good role. Of course the landmark song of 'Mitti me Sona' is 'Poocho na
hume, hum unke liye, kya kya nazrane laye hai.". I rate it as my top
favourite Asha song!

And yet, Great just as OP did very well even without queen of female
singers Lata, when Asha left, he continued with others to still capture
attention of real music lovers..
