haha I was thinking the same thing. But actually, it's not like the older they get, the better they look. Its more like the older they get, the more technology develops, and the better makeup (and such products) get. So since we have so many products now, they can actually use it to make themselves look even better.

For example, the hair straightener (straightening iron) wasn't there when this movie was made. And look how poofy kajol's hair is (altho she looks amazing all the same!).

Uh...yeah, they do. And don't thumb me down just because you like their movies. It's great if you enjoy them, but at least a few are clearly "inspired" by Hollywood films. Take Humraaz for example. Humraaz = A Perfect Murder with songs.
