amrutvani2 on April 24, 2011 Thanks for a great song. However vdo of this film is just not available
anywhere.
Bharat Gul on September 30, 2011 Another S-J-Lata work of luminous creativity. Whoever the lyricist is
deserves much credit for the sweet words. And that lovely face of Asha
Parekh you added could just as well be that of a beautiful porcelain doll.
Thanks, Ajay.
Ajay Ryan on September 30, 2011 @BharatGul BharatGul ji the lyricst is Hasrat Jaipuri.
Bharat Gul on September 30, 2011 @Ajayuv1 . Thank you for adding that info .

Balakrishnan V on March 09, 2012 Very Melodious.Good work done Ajay. Is it possible to get the videos of
this song and O! Lakshmi, O! Sarasu by Rafi from the same film?
Kersi Maya Mistry on May 02, 2012 The wonder of this composition does not come through in the78rpm recording
that we have been used to all this time. In this version, there is an
additional sweetness in the second time that Lata chants the first line of
each antara. And, there is no denying SJ's magic. In a word, glorious. I
remember seeing the billboard for Kahin Aur Chal in Bombay, in the 60s. The
film was never released. Thank you for this upload.
Kersi Maya Mistry on May 03, 2012 Correction: I meant second line of each antara-not the first. Sorry.
KPKAMDAR on June 09, 2012 SHANKAR JAIKISHAN'S MELODIOUS MUSIC ! MASTERLY COMPOSED !

Hemant Pawar on October 17, 2013 I am very lucky that I got to watch this movie once only about 40 years ago
in my local small town. It was nothing special and was total flop film, but
the music left its impact fresh till this time! Great composition by SJ,
superb voice of Lataji, and meaningful lyrics!!

'cacophony'.
Abhay Joshi on August 22, 2014 I JUST LISTENED FOUR SONGS FROM YOUTUBE (BOLLYWOOD) THREE ARE FROM SHANKAR
JAIKISHAN
Subhash Kothari on September 05, 2014 Very Nice and memorable song of Lataji. The wordings of lyric writer is
unbelievable so is SJ's music though simple but sweet. I like this song
along with couple of other songs of this movie including Mohd. Rafiji.

Renuka Oke on December 22, 2014 all our lives throughout we have lived these songs. they have entertained
and aught us so many things too!
Selwyn Fernandez on January 19, 2015 so much passion for the song and movie-life is about realizing ur dreams
and making ur thoughts come alive.
Let me share one experience-I yearned for the release of a film called
AAHAT-starring Jaya Bachchan and Vinod Mehra-I had heard about it and
checked with every dvd company-like friends, moserbear, Priya-if they could
release it since it was completed and lying in the cans with a censor
certificate. I used to surf the net EVERYDAY for several years-till finally
in Feb 2010 -when I was surfing the net -the net was flooded with news that
the movie was getting a theatrical release and I was in Bahrain-but
travelled all the way from Bahrain to Mumbai and watched it at liberty
cinema twice in the same week. The movie never got a DVD release
Selwyn Fernandez on January 19, 2015 So I suggest if you all are great fans of a particular era-connect with the
right sources .There are two Asha Parekh films which are completed and
lying somewhere-some dvd house might just release it-if they feel there is
demand-Vandana -starring Sadhana is one such film released by Friends dvd
company
Contact Asha Parekh-she was the chair person of CBFC-she might be knowing
the where abouts of these films. Recollect Love in Bombay got a theatrical
release some two years ago
Selwyn Fernandez on January 19, 2015 There are so many films which had a theatrical release but r not available
on the DVD-Couple of the movies had Rehana Sultan-Prem Parbhat,Dil Ki Rahen,
Zindagi Aur toofan ,Savera -
Selwyn Fernandez on January 19, 2015 and the director of KAhin Chal-was the great Vijay Anand-it could not have
been bad
Selwyn Fernandez on January 19, 2015 So we do have one fortunate person Hemant Kumar who has seen the movie and
that it had a theatrical release -then why did it not get a dvd release
Selwyn Fernandez on January 19, 2015 the doors of the producers should be knocked it must be lying somewhere
waiting for a dvd release- all waiting for the larger audience to lap it-so
who would have the right contacts to bring it alive
Selwyn Fernandez on January 19, 2015 the movie did have a theatrical release and was watched by a Hemant Kumar
in 1968
Ramamohan K L on June 06, 2015 One gentleman, by name Putty Vijayasarathy, claims to have watched the
movie when it was released in a theatre in Bengaluru in 1968. Then one of
the prints of the movie must be lying somewhere ! Will any DVD company do
us,the diehard fans of the great SJ, a favour by retrieving it ?
Knakhua Knakhua on September 04, 2015

Emanuel Ferraz on October 16, 2015 VERY GOOD
V.G BHAT SIRSI Canara on October 19, 2015 All time great musical maestros who composed ever-lasting soulful melodies.
Music that is immortal and will remain etched in our memories forever.
I consider it a huge honour & privilege to have met them and interacted
with them on numerous occasions.. They were very down to earth and greeted
all their fans with a lot of humility and affection. Despite their hectic
schedule comprising meetings with singers, producers, etc they ensured that
well-wishers like me were taken care of. Being an ardent fan, I used to
attend their sessions at Famous Studios, which many a times extended till
late evenings. Shankarji then used to send his personal assistant to see me
off at Mahalaxmi railway station..
Here’s one example of their sheer greatness. ‘Bobby’ which released in 1973
featured the song ‘Na mango sona chandi’ which become a massive hit song at
that time. But this song was composed 2 decades back only by this musical
duo and can be heard in Instrumental while Nargis bathing scene in the
movie ‘Awara’ in 1952
Even the song ‘O basanti Pawan Pagal’ can be heard in Instrumental in the
movie ‘Awara’. Such was their uniqueness and distinctiveness that tunes
were composed way before lyrics were written.
pawan bhatia on November 29, 2015 V.G. Bhat ji; You are very lucky to have met S J and had pleasentry
exchanges with them. I am a hard fan of S J since their debut film Barsaat
. Their contribution of music is immense . Not only the lilting songs they
have composed , their background music has been a great treat to the
passionate listeners as well. Listening to oldies is a gift to the ears and
soul .
I really enjoyed the song and loved it even more in trouble times in my
life.
