Binaca Geetmala completed 25 years in 1977. Only 'Zalak' of many songs was presented in the annual program. 21 songs were presented in the first part and 21 in the second part. This was the first time that a Madan Mohan song catapulted to the first position. Unfortunately Madan Mohan was not alive to see this.
