@BasheerAhmedKhan565a It's OK Sir. This is one of my most favourites.
Shanta Apte Ji, ever since I first saw and heard her has been one of my all
time favourites. A gorgeous and strong minded lady with a brilliant voice.
Maybe I would make a website on this top 1930s - 1940s stalwart to
appreciate her work. I hope to upload more songs of the film (already
uploaded one more - first Hindi film duet of Lata Ji on her birthday), 4
more.

request. Shanta Ji's 2 songs (this and Main Khili Khili - duet with Lata
Ji) have been uploaded and I can upload 2 more Shanta Ji songs alongwith 2
Lata Ji songs. Two chorus songs are missing. Do tell me if you get that and
the film of Subhadra, Iam a great fan of Shanta Apte Ji.

Thanks for appreciating. The lyricist is B. A. Moti Ji. Shanta Ji was one
of the greatest and best singer - actresses of 1930s and 1940s, and also
separately an outstanding singer. Even in one of her last films in 1957
(Chandi Pooja) she sang a song; after 1950 she was mostly playing character
roles. Many of her contemporaries began to get playback from others but she
was a truly great singer, so it was just impossible for her voice to be
replaced.
