Raj Kapoor was still as charming as a character artist as he used to be as
a hero. A good attempt by Randhir Kapoor as a director. It was an
achievement for R D Burman to have walked into the space created by the
absence of Shankar Jaikishan, and to have replaced Ravindra Jain and
Lakshmikant Pyarelal.
