The Gopis had Gopas as well amongst them, because it was not physical love
but unalloyed devotion that the Mystical love started a Bhakti movement and
this concept of total Love and surrender , music & dance was copied by
Sufis.too The Bhagvatha states that Krishna gave refuge to 16000 women
destined for sacrifice by the Demon king jarasandha. Nowhere does it mean
he wedded them. Rukmini & satyaBhama were his wives. ( Sri and Laxshmi in
human form). Meera's love was likewise.

Nice performance and singing, praising the Lord. All who worship God will
understand devotional praise. All who harbor evil in their hearts will
condemn the Godly devotees, regardless of their religion. Condemning
persons for following their holy teachings shows a lack of the accuser's
relationship with the Supreme. Love will conquor all with compassion and
charity, over evil, hate and intolerance.

God bless you Prabhadevi108 on your staunch devotion to the ethic of proper
parental respect. Reminds me a lot about the parental devotion exemplified
by Shravan Kumar (whose life and pastimes affected the circumstances of
Hari's incarnation as Rama) :)
