Hello Yuan and thank you. The word is "Muaaf" meaning "Forgive me / Excuse me . The "Sher" meaning "Verse" and film title were taken from a poet long before Mirza Ghalib by the name of Mir Taqi Mir's ghazal "Yaaro Mujhe Muaaf Rakho, Main Nashe Mein Hoon". This song however is bit cut. The beginning words are "Zahid sharab peene de Masjid main baith kar, ya woh jagah bata de jahan par Khuda na ho" meaning "Oh advisor, let me drink in Masjid or tell me a place where God is not present".
