Hi Yuan. TY. Taken by LP from Jaikishan's film Chori Chori tune of "Us paar sajan is paar dharey, le chal o manjhi kinare". It could be possible that Jaikishan took it from another MD or it's a folk made song tune. Either way, it's a nice duet.
Question for all Indian music lovers. What would these songs be, if there was no Urdu? Urdu mixed into Sanskrit, came out the so called "Hindi" language, right? How far would the film industry have gone if all was in "pure" Sanskrit?
