Lyrics of Vo Paas Aa Rahe Hain, Hum Dur Jaa Rahe Hain - वो पास आ रहे हैं, हम दूर जा रहे हैं
wo paas aa rahe hai, ham dur ja rahe hai
apni khushi se apni dunia luta rahe hai
apni khushi se apni dunia luta rahe hai

aankhe bhi ro rahi hai, dil bhi tadap raha hai
dil bhi tadap raha hai
aur wo samajh rahe hai ham muskura rahe hai
apni khushi se apni duniya luta rahe hai
apni khushi se apni duniya luta rahe hai

bedard hai zamana, majbur hai muhabbat
majbur hai muhabbat
manzil pe aake wapas manzil se ja rahe hai
apni khushi se apni duniya luta rahe hai
apni khushi se apni duniya luta rahe hai

o dur jane wale
o dur jane wale, tujh ko khabar nahi hai
o dur jane wale, tujh ko khabar nahi hai
ham ruth kar khushi se gham ko mana rahe hai
apni khushi se apni duniya luta rahe hai
apni khushi se apni duniya luta rahe hai

C. Ramchand really knew how to get the best out of Lata. Such a superlative
composition! He was at his best through the Fifties. And Lata, she kept
climbing higher and higher mountains! Rarely do such combination of talents
come together. That is why they touch the hearts and minds across
generations. We area a proof of that. .."O duur jaanewale' tuzko khabar
nahi hein.." Lata at her heart-touching best. Thanks Toshirani.

One-in-a-million voice! Or one-in-a-hundred-million voice and skill
combination? 1950 - so far back, and yet its appeal is ageless; it won't
get dated. Did this movie have some sort of freedom struggle story
backdrop? Thanks toshirani ji for such a one-in-a-thousand selection.

This is one of the finest songs ever created. Rajinder Krishan was a heart
broken refugee poet from Lahore. C. Ramchandra was emotionally attached to
Lata Mangeshkar's professionalism and sophistication. What a combination
they created.

@nandu1f Rich comments coming from heart.. I agree with you. One more great
song from C Ramachandra and Lata Mangeshkar combine.

Our most precious songs are those that convey us the saddest thoughts. This
Lata number from film Samadhi is evergreen.
