The translation is the people (devotees) of Allah (God) laugh.

I was at Kailash Kher Live concert in Chennai ( Sept 21, 2013) and he told
the audience that he believes in only one religion - Religion of Love !!!
He pulled the leg of his fans saying " there is love inside everyone's
