The song itself is good but Im sorry, for coke studio, this is utter crap.
You can't just sing a Hindi song over top western instruments and call it
fusion. This is a lazy attempt. Whoever this music director is needs to go
back to the drawing table. Clinton understood what he was doing. The rest
of these guys are doing exactly what Leslie was doing. They don't seem to
understand what fusion is. And it shows by their work. Very disappointing.

You should do some research on how to use a period properly in your
sentences. Who said anything about world music? If you want to classify
this as 'world music' then yea I guess you can loosely characterize it as
such. But it's not fusion, which CS is supposed to be doing. Im sorry my

hi amit & the team..quite musical & a kinda treat to the ears
undoubtedly..well, quality recording too..all the artists have done
reasonably as scored I guess.,though..the chorus did their part pretty
lively including the short solo insertion..perhaps the bass guitar was a
little overdose barely giving pause..some more lead guitar fillins would
have been much effective too..percussion & the drums were not bad in its
tone & colour..the keys were backing smoothly & carried the song almost all
thru

hi amit & team..rather quite dedicated was the saranghi..both the voices
have done reasonably though, mili was quite at ease perhaps for the
comp.,could have been a little more tough & complicate to get her potential
if I may suggest..anyway, hopefully more improved version from the next

goosebumps at 4:45 ! Amit Trivedi can absolutely be confirmed to RD Burman
and SD Burman, and obviously AR Rahman.. Not afraid of experimenting at
all... Rock and folk in the same song, afro rock, punjabi jazz.. This guy
has to be nuts :D Thats the reason i follow every work of his. Way to go AT!
