This is parody song where varioius songs have been adapted in this song

Khazanchi.Such parodies were not uncommon in the movies of those days.They
served the purpose of providing comic relief in tragedies and banal humour
elsewhere.More light can be shed on this aspect of old Indian songs and
movies by iearned experts on this subject.
